A Raider Realty real estate agent should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. They should also be comfortable with technology and have a strong understanding of the local real estate market. Raider Realty is a residential real estate brokerage. We do not offer commercial or property management real estate services.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and online marketing efforts.
- Communicate with clients remotely to understand their property needs and preferences, and provide them with relevant listings and information about the local real estate market.
- Assist clients with the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, including scheduling and conducting virtual property tours, negotiating offers and contracts, and helping to secure financing.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices and trends.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and marketing efforts.
- Continuously learn and improve through professional development opportunities and industry resources.
- Hold a valid real estate license from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
- Have strong communication skills: you will be communicating with clients and other professionals over the phone, via email, and through video conferencing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Be organized and detail-oriented: you must be able to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously, and keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently: you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and workload, and must be able to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Have knowledge of the local real estate market: you should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and conditions, and be able to provide clients with relevant information and guidance.
- Be comfortable with technology: you will be using a variety of online tools and platforms to communicate with clients and manage your work. It is important to be comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
